GT-R Festival USA is accepting applications from media outlets, journalists and content providers to be accredited for media access to the event.
There are 4 tiers of media accreditation, depending on the reach and audience size of the outlet, and the level of access required to provide event coverage.
Please see the below criteria outlining each media tier level:
TIER 1 – MAJOR MEDIA OUTLETS
Tier 1 is for professional or large media outlets including, but not limited to, television networks, YouTube channels, magazines, online journalism and social media outlets.
Tier 1 applicants must deliver event coverage to their audience and must not on-sell their content. Photo and video coverage must be presented in the context of an article or feature.
Minimum Requirements For Application:
YouTube Creators - 200k+ subscribers
Social Media Outlets - 250k+ followers
Print/Online Media Outlets - Readership of over 200k

Must have valid public liability insurance coverage.
TIER 2 – RACE TEAM OR SPONSOR MEDIA
Tier 2 is for media who are working directly for a team, workshop or event sponsor/vendor for their specific coverage.
Race teams must have an existing YouTube channel or social media outlet where the content will be published.
One media accreditation per team/sponsor, the media applicant must only work for one team/sponsor.

Non-Sponsor Entrants and Vendors - $80 - Media admission pass link will be send via email on application approval

Event Content Usage/Sharing:
Access to Official GT-R Festival Video Footage
Tier 2 media must provide any key highlight video footage or photos to GT-R Festival
Insurance Requirements:
Must have valid public liability insurance coverage.
TIER 3 – GENERAL MEDIA AND CONTENT CREATORS
Tier 3 is for content creators who do not meet audience criteria for Tier 1, but would like to create content for their social media or YouTube.
Applicants must deliver event coverage to their audience and must not on-sell their content.
Tier 3 media are required to provide their photos and any requested video footage to GT-R Festival within 7 days of the event.

TIER 4 – COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
Tier 4 media accreditation is for professional photographers and videographers who wish to sell their photos or video content to teams, drivers or sponsors, either at or after the event.
Fee:
$80 - Media admission pass link will be send via email on application approval
